「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay.
When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in...

「The room is clean but the carpet needs to be cleaned. It was somewhat sticky and stained. The shower door doesn’t close well because the water spills out creating a puddle in the bathroom floor. The AC was very noisy. The closet cheap wood was chipping off. I don’t know why is my room or the building the farthest from the street is ocean view when the view is blocked by a lot of trees and scrubs. Overall the place needs work-maintenance and upgrades. It needs to be updated.
Oh yeah, no...

「Staff was not very professional over the phone. They did not pick up when I called the property and would frequently answer with “what” something rude. Upon arrival they stated my room number out loud with other guests in the lobby which made me feel unsafe. I was also given the code for the first room I was told and then was told “actually it doesn’t work” and was given a fob to a completely different room instead. A couple of the pillows had different strands of hair on them which I felt was...

「This hotel charged $22/ day for parking even for Hilton Honor guests. Our plans changed and so we needed to leave a day earlier but this hotel must be desperate as they would not credit us back, they claimed it was because the reservation was made thru Expedia. I bought the Expedia insurance as I have with hotels just in case plans change.
I have over the years chosen Hilton properties. I will consider other options.」
