"When I walked in I was greeted right away with a smile and a warm WELCOME! I've been here a few times and the woman behind the desk has helped me out before and she knows my special request alrwady so without saying anything she knew I wanted two extra towels :) Knowing what the guest wants before they ask is always a huge plus! Forgive me for not knowing her name but she’s so sweet. "

"Very impressed with the hotel. It was spotless and well cared for, with a dedicated staff and warm greeting at the front desk. After staying in one big chain after another feeling completely let down, Atrium reminded me of the greatness that can be achieved when the owners actually care about serving their guests. Bravo! "

"The thermostats in the rooms are motion sensor based and only heat or cool when it senses motion. While sleeping during the night the room repeatedly warmed up due to no there being no movement. It was also placed behind the TV which decreased it's field of view by more than half."
