"All staff,front desk, maintenance, house-keeping, breakfast server,manager VERY accommodating and rectified the below to the best of their abilites. 3 king rooms in 24 hrs: rm 1 dank smell, wet couch, uncomfortable bed. Moved to rm 2 wet couch, no shower curtain, safe not working, carbon monoxide detector not working,we coughed all night, bed uncomfortable. Moved to Rm 3: updated to king supreme room (Mgr removed upgrade fee) very comfortable bed, very noisy (off street),window seal let in air, great bathroom,ocean view."

"I have the best experience for my birthday. This was the best day at any hotels or in In San Clemente. The staff was amazing and gave me a lot of amenities and perks for my birthday. DJ checked us in and was wonderful throughout our stay. Also the manager Frank was amazing as well. We really had a great time and would come back and stay again!"

"Excellent location, views and superb staff! I would say the only negative is they should add a bar on the 4th floor. There's no where to hang out ... just a small Bar in the lobby. It needs a bar/restaurant. The "dining area" is like 4 small tables in the lobby."

"I understand that this is a very high end resort and spa, but the fact there we received no forewarning that more than half the resort was closed off for remodel made our stay less than desirable. Staff was helpful and friendly. But the available amenities were not accommodating for the amount of guests present. For the amount of money paid this was not worth the cost."
