This property was good for my needs. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was nice. The location was convenient for my needs. I like that. It was right across the street from the ocean. This is kind of a no-frills hotel, but if you’re looking for a decent place for a reasonable price comparatively check it out.

First room was dirty with dirt on the floor and bed. Second room had dirt on floor and greasy floor. I had to find the cleaning lady to come clean under the bed and there were food wrappers, balls of dust, food, and a huge screw. Fire alarm woke us up two nights during stay after which we decided to check out early. Staff is aware of the alarm issue and apparently the showers don’t have proper ventilation and frequently set off fire alarm. Too bad because the location was great.

We stay here annually. Location is convenient, probably the main reason to book here. Rooms are comfortable. Carpet in the halls could use a cleaning and the AC was a little noisy this year but those are my only real complaints. For first timers, parking is tight so plan for smaller rental vehicle to prevent struggles.

Cant beat the location for the price. Rooms could definitely be cleaner though, and staff was a little odd and unwelcoming. Also SO SO loud. All we heard at night was cars and the crosswalk. But overall a decent budget choice close to the beach that has renovated rooms.

Clean room, but toilet was running and required some tinkering for each flush. I texted about it but no one replied. Everything else was good. There is no usable outlet near the bed, so if you like to keep your phone near, you may be disappointed. But the room itself is clean and pleasant, and the property was quiet. I would stay again and hope for better plumbing!
