「When we checked in we had a lovely upgraded Executive King. Unfortunately the room was very hot and that floor had centralized AC. We requested another room and were shown a few options until we found one we liked. Front desk clerk went above and beyond to help us and I had already noticed her helping other guests earlier in the evening. 」
