「Clean, well kept property. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful staff. There was a problem with the AC in our room not working. Someone promptly tried to rectify it, but when they couldn't we were offered the choice of staying in the room with an HVAC tech coming in the morning, or to move to a different room. Several resturaunts within a five minute walk. Only draw back, if it matters to you, is its location at the west edge of town rather than being more central. Would stay here...
「The property was ok. The tub curtains needed to be washed or replaced as they smelled really bad of bacteria. I also unfortunately picked up a rash/infection from the towels. It took 4 - 5 days to clear up with self care at home. Topical antibiotic and Sudocrem. First time that has ever happened to me. Maybe they overfilled the washing machine and the towels never rinsed properly? 」
"the reception lady was so nice, and the gentleman as well. Sorry I forgot to ask their names, but it was a great stay experience at this hotel.
And they even let me a late check out. I am really appreciate this great help after a long drive from Toronto."
