We had a really nice stay at Velora Hinton. What stood out straight away was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. A special mention to Abishiek, who was super helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and he really made us feel looked after, which made a big difference. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had a relaxed atmosphere. Everything was just easy, which is exactly what you want when you’re away. Breakfast was also a highlight. The buffet had a great choice, with plenty of options so you’re not stuck with the usual basics. It set us up nicely for the day. Overall a really positive experience. We’d definitely stay again.

Was very impressed when I first arrived at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and I liked how they provided a variety of options. Room was clean, modern and had nice coffee and tea options in room and a coffee bar was also available in lounge. Would recommend again and be staying there again.

Hotel is nice, new, and clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is not in the building, it's in the indian resturant beside the hotel. You have to walk outside there. Not too much choice. Bathroom is small, a/c is old style, a little noisy, can't get a good sleep because of the noise. The bathroom by the swimming pool has no handsoap which bugs me a lot.

The unit was impeccable and well-equipped. Check-in was easy; Chris emailed parking instructions and a door code that granted us access to the condo, as well as the pool and other on-site amenities. The unit was very clean and we immediately felt like home. I would higly recommend this rental, and I look forward to being a guest here on our next visit.

Very clean and updated hotel, comfy beds and big rooms. Only complaint was noise level. People walking on the floor above was very loud and could clearly hear people talking even in a quiet voice. Other than that was a great place.

The sausage was good but the eggs were sitting too long and the pancakes were rock hard. They were a more brown tan color. Not sure what they were made from.

The hotel itself was very nice — clean, cozy, and comfortable. We really liked the space and overall atmosphere. However, the service was disappointing and significantly affected our experience. First, the website mentioned a hot tub, but it was not available due to maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. Breakfast was also advertised as included, but the dining area was closed, and the food was brought from elsewhere — this was quite unexpected. When I asked the staff about these issues, they didn’t seem concerned or willing to explain. We also requested to change our room (we accidentally booked one queen bed for three people), but the staff was not helpful and didn’t offer any solution. Breakfast was another issue. We were told it could be delivered to our room at 7:00 AM, but it never arrived. At 7:15, I went downstairs and found it sitting in the lobby, already cold. There was no apology from the receptionist. Additionally, the food was not what we ordered, and everything was cold. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of customer service and care from the staff made the experience disappointing.
