This is a dated hotel- you definitely get what you pay for. No sound proof. We ended up on the pet friendly floor (didn’t book that) and it was obnoxious. Dogs barking. Pillows were very old and lumpy. No extras available. We were woken up at 1am as someone was hammering and fixing a vehicle in the parking lot (not necessarily hotels fault but just plays into no sound proofing). Would not stay here again. Worth some extra cash for sound proofing alone.

Staff was nice, room was terrible. We got a room with 2 double beds. It was “non-smoking” but smelt so bad of sweat and cigarettes. One of the double beds the bed was completely sunken in and my husbands back was touching the box spring underneath, looked like he was sleeping in the shape of a U. (He is only 180 lbs and 6feet). The other mattress had blood stains ALL over it. The shower head was broken. Not clean at all. The person who previously slept in there, left his bodily hair behind in the shower. We were then excited for the pool, but it was only 4 feet deep-ish, the pool steps are a tetanus shot waiting to happen. SO much sharp rust all over them. We booked for 2 nights and literally left after the first night in the morning and they let us get a refund due to the bloody mattress.

The rooms were good. The pool was nice. The breakfast was not good at all (cereal, toast, and a limited waffle station). The front desk was often unattended and had people waiting to check in in the evening. The place was a good deal for the price, but nothing to write home about.

The amenities were not up to standard. The building said it had two pop machines and two vending machines on the higher floors and didn’t have them. We also tried to do the free breakfast the first morning (we weren’t even given vouchers for the second morning) and everything was gone, the pool was not maintained or kept sanitary either. Overall the whole experience was subpar

The beds were SUPER comfortable but the bathroom was not that clean, the pool didn’t feel up to standard and the breakfast was very limited. We went at 9 and it is meant to be available until 10 AM… BUT It didn’t have the usual things ( no more yogurt, no more hard boiled eggs, no fruit, 1 bagel left and there were 4 of us, no more peanut butter or cream cheese, no more waffles, minimal cereal and mold in the orange juice.) We ended up going to Tim Horton’s for breakfast even though breakfast was meant to be included with our stay!) This was quite disappointing

Beds do not have mattress covers which doesn’t seem safe. Rooms are average for an old building. Staff is alright, but they don’t think about how your room should be connected if you have 2 rooms which was odd. They also say breakfast is included, but said each guest only get 1 complimentary breakfast. Like as if. My family was staying there for 3 nights and only get one breakfast, even though it says it was included?

I went here. I couldn't leave my room because my key card would not work. The staff had to let me in my room. They took a crazy deposit amount just because I used a visa debit card and when they refunded it at check out i still had to wait 2-5 business day to get it back. All in all it was a horrible stay

My husband and I waited for almost 15-20 minutes at the reception because no one was there. When the staff arrived, they checked us in and handled everything. However, they directed us the wrong way, showing us the opposite side of the building, which made it difficult for us to find our room. We didn't get enough sleep because we could hear the elevator dinging and other sounds throughout the night. Around 2:00am, we were awoken by loud noises: a girl talking in the hallway and a dog barking. We went to breakfast at around 6:30am, but by then, there were no more eggs, and the staff said there would be no refills.

We walked in and turned around and walked back out. Parking was horrible to bring our bags and small kids inside was a long walk, inside the hotel was disgusting, smelled like someone had been smoking there for 20 years. Our room had a coffee table with cigarette burns on it and a couch that looked like it was bought from a yard sale. Definitely so not recommended. The pictures are misleading. The staff however was very friendly and accommodating when we weren’t happy with the place.

No water pressure in the shower. If you work for a living, expect to be in the shower for 40 minutes to get clean. Its about the same as a urine stream. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay.
