建物は全体的に古さは否めませんが、大浴場はリノベされており気持ちよく使用でき、サービスも最低限、値段相応の、過不足無く快適に過ごせるホテルだと感じました。繁華街のど真ん中にあるので、週末の夜は少しうるさいので気にされる方はお気をつけください。

名古屋の飲み屋街の中にあり、日中は渋滞とかもありましたが、チェックインしてからは、街ぶらを楽しみました。 ホテルの館内も、リニューアルしており、綺麗に保たれていました。 大浴場が満員で、ゆっくりはできませんでしたが、時間をずらせば良かったかも知れません。 朝食のビッフェもベーカリーが美味しかったです。

リニューアルを行ってすぐなこともあり、施設全体は非常に綺麗で清潔感があった。特に、大浴場とサウナは満足のいく出来であった。しかし、客室からの音漏れがかなりあった。また、客室がやや狭いように感じた。スタッフは基本的には問題ないと思うが、外国人のスタッフが多く、電話対応はやややり辛いところがあった。

大浴場があるのは嬉しい。近隣に食事処は多いのだけど、多くが居酒屋のわりには静かに過ごせる。 駐車場は屋根が少し高い車になるとホテル併設の安い所には停められない。ホテルから少し歩く上に料金も高くなるのが難点。

ホテルスタッフの方は感じが良く、ロビーやレストラン、大浴場は清潔でした。 残念な点は客室は古いので、バスルームのカビや部屋のホコリが気になりました。 周辺施設は、繁華街のため夜女性が一人歩きされるのはおすすめしません。 朝食バイキングはとても美味しかったです。 バスなどの公共機関も充実しているので、旅行には便利です。

チェックインして、部屋に入ってすぐにトイレの床は髪の毛が落ちていて気持ち悪かった。 ベットのフレームの所に何かこぼした後の物がそのままだった。 朝食の時にサラダの玉ねぎスライスをトングだ取った時中から虫が出てきた。気持ち悪い。 スタッフさんの対応は凄くよかったけど、衛生面は最悪。部屋の掃除はもう少し丁寧にした方がいいと思います。食事も衛生面は気をつけてほしいです。

本質を考えている宿

何度か利用させてもらっています。客室はオシャレさを求める方には向かないかもしれませんが、築年数の経った建物をうまくリノベーションしたいい事例だと思います。ホテル建設が乱立する中、本質的に何が必要かを見定めて、お金をかけるとこはかけて、かけないとこはかけない、それがうまく選抜されている印象を受けます。 お手頃で満足度が高いので、今後もお世話になると思います。
