"Definitely needs more signings we were on the first floor and were a little confused how to get to our rooms through the pool area you have to go over two bridges and into a door labeled guest laundry. Due to where the rooms were you had to walk by the pool which only had wet floor signs but there were huge puddles definitely a huge hazard for someone elderly or with an infant. Rooms were humid from being close to the pool. Entry way to the rooms are very narrow the luggage carts just fit in the door but then you have to pull it all the way in to open the door to get it out."

"Great location with a nice pool and hot tub. Staff were very helpful and friendly, but the rooms were outdated. The AC unit kept cutting out, so there was no consistent fan and there was no fan in the bathroom, so you could hear noises in the hallway, and it got warm at night."

"I'm a fan of the hotel's location, but the property itself needs some serious TLC. For starters, the air conditioning system is crying out for new machines , and the windows – both inside and out – are in desperate need of a good cleaning. Laundry – the machines were filthy and covered in dust( I cleaned up , myself ) New machines would be a great place to start. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Pool is pretty small when you have big kids zooming down the slide from one end to the other end of pool. Otherwise great. It not too deep which was nice for my 5 year old! The breakfast was fabulous"

"Very clean room. Great views. Fun history about the hotel grounds. Only knocked one star on staff/service due to the renovation that impacted how I would assume would've been normal operations for five star review. Also the ghost tours at night were quite noisy at very late hour."

"The space was clean. The continental breakfast was well done. My only concerns were: 1) the countertop in the bathroom was built over the toilet tank, so it was quite uncomfortable to sit on. 2) we were trying to switch rooms to be on the same floor as our family & not a lot of effort went into making that happen, we basically gave up trying. 3) there was a lot of noise from the street and other rooms on the first floor."
