「Room was ok, bed was really comfortable,
That was probably the best part of the stay. Upgrades had been done but there were silly touches like nowhere to put soap or anything in the walk-in shower, and the pulls for the blinds were covered in annoying plastic safety guards that made it really hard to open or close them. Paper thin Kleenex and toilet paper. The hallway smelled pretty bad. Some of the staff could use a bath and haircut, and one was quite surly with me. Location was good, parking...

「This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up.
