「Well, I booked over Expedia at 10:00PM, paid for online as well … I ended up arriving to the hotel at 11:40PM, as that’s when I was off work…. I show up to the hotel and the hotel front desk was closed…」

「I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Great breakfast. I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. The second is that the pool and hot tub were quite cool, and I only used them...

My only issue with the property is the lack of honesty with the housekeeping staff. I forgot a portable makeup mirror attached to the bathroom mirror; I did call the hotel to ask them to ship it to me even if it was paid for by myself. According to the head of housekeeping, the mirror was not found; in my opinion, whoever was tasked with cleaning the room took the mirror...
