「For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. 「I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things.」

「Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!」
