「Wonderful suite, lots of space, extra large tv ,fridge ,stove, microwave... Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The lobby was under construction but was not an inconvenience. Had a very pleasant stay.」

「A great place to stay if you are going to events of hockey at Roger’s Arena. Staff were excellent and attentive, a slight issue requiring maintenance was dealt with immediately and he left a note identifying he had come in and rectified the problem. Thanks Thor! Easy pedestrian walkway access to places to eat, shop and to the Arena, no need to walk outside if the weather is bad.」

「C'est un ancien hôtel de prestige avec un remarquable cachet. Tout est un peu usé et il aurait peut-être besoin d'un peu d'amour, mais il en a encore beaucoup à donner. Très bien situé au cœur du centre-ville et disposant d'un restaurant tournant au 24e étage avec une belle vue 360 degrés sur la ville. J'y retournerais de préférence à tout autre hôtel de la ville.」

「The property was older and there were renovations going on, however the property/rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had a nice breakfast. The hotel was close to our concert and we would stay there again.」

「This hotel is very unkept and the common areas are very dirty. Rooms were somewhat clean and staff were pleasant otherwise I would not recommend」
