「Great place」

「I chose the hotel due to my budget. Staff were great, but the facility needs more love. Edmonton had a torrential rain storm the night we stayed over for 1 night. Power went out while we were out and came back about 4am. But after our event, we came back to our room to a puddle on our room floor. Judging by the flooring, this seems to have occurred before, but it was distressing. We had no idea where the water came from other than it wasn't from the roof, we were on the top floor.」

「Windows have been leaking so many of the rooms are damp and smell musty. We were told not to leave luggage near the windows. Rain did come in during a big storm. Air conditioning was ok. We had it on high to air out the room, yet we were never cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of my kids forgot a toothbrush and they graciously provided us with one, as well as a mini toothpaste.」

「We stayed at this hotel as it was close to where our event was. However, the parking garage is far from the elevator to the rooms. In the room itself, the bathroom was dirty, all corners of the bathroom and the floor were dirty (I cleaned hair bunnies under the sink from previous guests), the area around the drain plug on both the sink and the tub were filthy. It took me less than 1 minute to clean the sink and this should have been done before we took the room. I left the tub for the cleaner to...

「The staffs are amazing!」

「When I got there and when I left, the staff could’ve cared less. They barely looked up at me. Getting to my room was tricky and they didn’t explain it. They didn’t tell me anything about the hotel or breakfast or anything. There was a bunch of sketchy drunk people in the lobby on arrival and when I got to my room, the AC in the bedroom didn’t work. There was a space heater in there but it didn’t blow cool air even on the fan setting and it was boiling by morning. There was loud...
