"I am so happy I booked this property for our family of five for a week. We had a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit which had a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional. The city area around the property was a little dingy and you would occasionally see homeless people, but that’s expected in any big city. The hotel is conveniently located next to shopping and highways. I also liked that the entrance to the hotel was always locked, you would gain entry either by card key or staff opening the door for you. Our next trip to Edmonton will definitely include another stay at this hotel."

"That I stayed 1 night informed them I was leaving to check out as I had a sick child then I was told I needed to contact them I had messaged the contact person I had talked to the night before as I was locked out of my room when I went to my car then was charged for the full stay and was told it was like going to the movie theatre then tried calling the number I was given was not a phone number and then called Expedia and said they also tried and was unsuccessful so I stayed 1 night was locked out of my room for 30 minutes had to disturb my neighbours and was charged for 3 nights even though they were informed I will not be staying here again "
