「Great view of the Edmonton river valley from the dining room and outdoor patio. The staff were all courteous and accomodating. My wife's only complaint was the hair conditioner bottle was empty. Not a problem for me because I don't have much hair left and can't read labels without My glasses. Overall good experience.」

「The beds are very comfortable. Room was very clean. The staff is great. Breakfast was not as great. Pancakes inedible. Sausages were good tho and had an assortment of breads and cereals. The area around the hotel is ok. Great for walking to the west edmonton mall. Although we did encounter a person that was being escorted out of the mall that ultimately crossed the street and assaulted someone near the hotel and the morning we left, there were a group of individuals with a baseball bat acting...

「Great location! Downtown is easily accessible whether by foot or car. Tons of great restaurants around and activities. The rooms are quite spacious and have a lot of amenities that look classy. My only complaint is how rough the towels were. 」
