Our party of 4 enjoyed the huge bedroom and bathroom area. Appreciated that everything was clean and tidy. Some wear shows on the building itself but nothing unacceptable. Staff were friendly and prompt to help. Breakfast was basic and fresh - bread, muffins, boiled eggs, sausage, veggies, cold cereal, and coffee. Parking was fine and felt safe in the area. We stayed here again because of the price, spacious room, and closeness to the airport. Have recommended it to other people.

Avoid This Hotel – Extremely Poor Management and Unprofessional Front Desk I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent stay at the Ramada by the Airport was one of the most disappointing and frustrating hospitality experiences I’ve had in years of frequent travel. Upon checking in, we quickly discovered several maintenance issues in the room: • The shower exhaust fan was not working at all, causing the bathroom to become extremely hot, steamy, and claustrophobic during showers. • There was visible mold growing on the shower walls. • The bathtub drain was completely clogged, making it hard to use the tub. When I politely approached the front desk for assistance, the manager’s response was shocking. Instead of offering any solution or empathy, he rolled her eyes at me and straight forward says sorry cant help you on this. An older gentleman then proceeded to lecture me about how exhaust fans work, suggesting the issue was simply because I was taking a “hot water shower”. The tone was condescending and dismissive. I understand that not every technical issue can be fixed instantly, but basic professionalism, respect, and courtesy toward guests should be the minimum standard — especially from management. Unfortunately, that was entirely absent here. After getting nowhere with the hotel, I contacted Expedia. Their team was understanding and professional. Given our frequent travel history with them, they promptly arranged for us to be moved to the Four Points by Shereton.

We had the Deluxe king room. It was very spacious, that was the best part. It was big. The jacuzzi tub faucets didn’t work, took over half hour to fill tub 1-4 way … and after that length of time we had to shut it off because there was no more hot water .. the shower head faucet didn’t wok either . It was a weekend, it was understandably busy. Unfortunately even though we requested a quiet room at the back of the second floor .. it was still very loud. Woke up all hours of the night to doors slamming shut. The breakfast was unexciting, and I found several hairs in my food. You get what you pay for I guess. The room was very big, the bed was comfortable, I liked the laminate floors for cleanliness , rather than old carpet. Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but definitely room for improvement.

My biggest complaint is the fact that I got emails asking when I was checking in and checking out. I paid my money it shouldn’t matter when I check in or out as long as it’s within the times. I don’t want to be bothered by emails about this. Also why have a bathtub without a plug. I like a bath.

Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Fridge and microwave in room. Close to Edmonton airport. Complimentary shuttle to hotel and back to airport. Restaurant on site. Also Complimentary breakfast. Good value for the money. Very pleasant night staff at reception when checking out.

Clean and comfy. Fridge was really noisy and had to unplug it to sleep. I have stayed here a few times and always a good sleep. This last time my room faced the busy road so was plows and big rigs sounding all night. I brought ear plugs for just this reason. I’d stay there again but would be picky about room location next time.

Embarassed using the cont breakfast. In hundreds locations around the world, this was the bottom rung breakfastever. Better to not have one than barely have one. Bottom level budget hotel.
