"The house was very beautiful and check in/out was very accommodating. Fireplace and home was clean and had enough pans to cook as well as cups / forks knives and seasonings which was a plus.
Just a few things that we had issues with ;
ceilings upstairs were sloped where the beds were so my husband kept banging his head. If you’re trying to be quiet upstairs you cannot because the floors creak really bad but that’s common in the cold for hardwood floors.

"The property was clean and in a lovely area. It was close to local shops and places to eat perfect for a quiet getaway. It appeared that the property was still under construction a bit, and a few surfaces were unfinished and a few things didn’t work perfectly, but that did not disruptour stay. The property is beautiful as a and everything we needed was available to us. The most enjoyable part of the property was the large living room and open kitchen concept. It was great for a family to enjoy a...
"Highly recommended and
Very pleased!!
This spacious very clean cabin is in a great location, easy and close to get to the lake, hiking, shopping and restaurants.
Plenty room for my family of four.
Especially liked that there are two full restrooms, “Big Boy” towels were available.
Pots and pans galore!
Beds were comfortable! Gaming room kept us busy.
Maybe will need 2 fans for the upstairs room, if renting this place during the summer. One fan barely made it cool with windows opened. It...
"Just got back from an excellent trip to Big Bear. The tipsy Grizzly Cabin was a wonderful home for me and my family. Very clean and comfy. I will say though, it was definitely a warmer weekend and the AC is very limited so fortunately for us with the windows open and the ceiling fans going it kept things comfortable. Very nice stay and responsive host."
"This house had it all! My kids and family had such a blast in the game room. It truly felt just like being at our second home. The entire house was stocked with the basic necessities and then some. We will be booking again!"

Absolutely adorable cabin! We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable beds and the fireplace made the living area so cozy! There is free pressed coffee but if you take your coffee with sugar or cream we suggest you bring some as they only provide the coffee. There is a fridge, freezer and microwave. And bikes are available to use. The cabins are within walking distance to the Village. Wish we had more time to stay longer!

This time we chose to stay at presidential suit. Nice, spacious, with hot tub, the view of snowy trees. We stayed there for two nights and skied in summit snow. Delicious breakfast as well. Kind hosts and pet friendly place :)

Don't care for indoor pool, did not notice that before I reserved room. There was also a $29.06 parking fee I didn't see either. Overall a really nice place for the price!

My recent stay at Sessions was Great! First time in Big Bear, and I don’t like to lay my head just anywhere. Definitely a great place to hang for a night or two. Friendly staff, and clean rooms. Very local to resorts, lake and restaurants.

This place was so nice and cozy, i would say better than the pictures even.
Fireplaces upstairs and downstairs were a hit, and it was super quiet at nice. A great place to get away and rest. We even extended our stay and had them deliver more firewood it was so nice.
I would gladly return, or at least see what else Cool Cabins has to offer. Close to the lake and shops nearby, but away from traffic and backs onto the forest. Whats not to like?

It was very clean! Full fridge, heating/AC was very easy to navigate. They provided soap and a sample of shampoo and conditioner. I wouldn’t say these were negatives just more annoyances that’s why I still give them 5 stars - the handle for the shower kept slipping off so it was hard to maneuver the hot and cold and turning on and off, the shower liner was rusted and stained and the shower head was built up with timescale so the water pressure was low. The TV remote in bedroom didn’t work, so...
