Unfortunately the room was not: 1) The bed was disgracefully bad - the springs on both sides of the bed are worn out, causing a person to roll off the bed unless they stay in the absolute centre of the bed. 2) Both of the armchairs are absolutely shot - the springs in both are now non-existent - they are so old and worn out. 「When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality.」
