「Great host, very welcoming on arrival. Lovely room. Glad I travelled there in my car and not my van as parking would have been an issue with my transit. More than happy for me to use the carpark after checkout.」

「Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). 「Lovely luxury b&b in Torquay. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts are ordered the night before to save on wastage which is understandable. Owners were lovely and available if needed as there isn't a front desk. Will definitely visit again when coming to Torquay.」

「One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It’s a lovely traditional hotel building (1920s shall we say?) which has been beautifully renovated and refurbished. Both the big picture and the small details are delightful. Staff service was friendly with a real sense of team and purpose. I haven’t mentioned the small outdoor pool (constant 27c) or hot tub simply because I didn’t use them this time! I can’t remember what I paid for my one-night visit but it was a bargain, and I would be very happy to...

Hosts very friendly, everyone greeted at breakfast by their names - how do they remember everyone's name??! Lovely breakfast all made to order - good variety. Would definitely stay again if in Torquay. We booked through expedia but worth looking at booking direct.」
