「On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id...

I’d read all about Hans in the reviews and thought it must be too good to be true but was very pleasantly surprised to find it to be accurate. Couldn’t have helped more, really interesting to talk to and the freshly cooked breakfast was superb! We’ll definitely be back!」
