「Love their service. Room is clean and have shuttle to RIC.」

「Very cool and great 」

「Always the best around!」

「Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). 「Airport shuttle was great.」

「Check in was handled by an outstanding employee who answered every question and helped us with setting up bus transportation to the airport next morning. Sheck out employee was rude and unfriendly seemingly mad at me for thinking my bus was at 415 rather than 420. He was annoyed i took him off his computer maybe.」
