Great Place to Stay

Amazing, wife loved the room with a kitchen, it felt and smelled like new all over, this will be our hub stoop for our monthly travels. The Breakfast was fantastic like being at home. Only issue nickle and dime the cutomer to pay for parking , its crazy.

Comfort and relax during my stay, wifi stable and fast, breakfast was minimal but good, unfortunately the gym is not open 24h, this was frustrating.

Mexican restaurant next door was excellent. Rooms were very nice. Beds comfortable. ** Pool and Hot tub hours 11am-8pm everyday even weekends and not even connected to rooms so not sure the logic.

Overall the property was nice. Staff was friendly and dealt with issues quickly. I gave it a lower rating due to not being told at check-in that there was a $10 parking fee per day and it clearly says on Expedia that it is free parking. I did not find out until my credit card was charged and received the final bill sent to my email. Someone needs to update their profile.

The new renovated room are beautiful. The staff over there are mix feelings. Some are very friendly like the breakfast crew but the evening front desk are no so much to put it lightly.

Me and my fiancé booked this hotel over the weekend for his birthday it was in a great spot we loved seeing all the planes and the staff were very helpful the hotel was great our only issue was the kitchen was not as clean at it could have been when we got there I noticed the fridge looked like it hadn’t been wiped and being that I used to be a housekeeper I understand it can be difficult at times so I went ahead and just cleaned the kitchen, but as I was cleaning and throwing my cleaning wipes away they were brown so that was a little disappointing also we found a roach on the wall in the bedroom it was really close to the vent so we did think that that’s where it could have came from but to see a roach in your hotel room in general is really disturbing

I was a wonderful experience as always but, housekeeping was short staff having ti chase the ladies to empty the trash cans. They did with a friendly and willingness . 2. The pool needed cleaning there was particles floating in the water and there was pieces of paper / wrappers on the floor .
