「I made reservations for 3 nights to visit friend who was on hospice . She ended up passing away while I was there . We wanted to cancel the last night and get a refund ( there was no reason for us to stay in town) I prepaid in advance . The hotel manager - Beth-would not refund us the last night . After several discussions she refused. How heartless is that ? Plus the staff at front desk told me if she checked us out early I would be charged a one night fee for cancelling within the 48hr cancel...

「Friendly staff」

「All the staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Nice large gym to get a workout if needed.」

「Awesome as always ...4th stay, although this time my wife spilt coffee all over a pillow, we might not be allowed back :)」

「No recomiendo eta propieda porq son abusadores y problemáticos mean dado un ser biso de muy mala calidad」

「Truly enjoyed the experience. Hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.」

「The facility was clean but the only problem we had was on our stay October 28th. We stayed in a king size room and the metal slat holding the box spring above the frame was sticking out about two inches and my husband hit his leg on it and it cut his leg pretty bad. I did report it to the front desk and they gave us band aids...」

「Rooms were clean well above my expectations.」

「Very nice property at a reasonable price close enough to downtown and Hamilton place to be a short drive (except at rush hours) and pay less for the hotel and nothing for parking. Highly recommended.」

「Great stay with convenient location to I75」
