「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The staff were great including the breakfast staff! Very friendly and greeted you every time!!! Breakfast was great with a lot to choose from and kept well stocked. The breakfast room was pretty small and cramped up but nice and clean. The room was nice and clean but a little noisy with trash truck backup alarms and noise from other rooms at times. Room 408. Our view was from the back of the hotel so not much to look at. Water pressure not very good but usually expect that with a hotel. Toilet...

「The suite was clean and well appointed. Actually it was like visiting a home. Very quiet and peaceful. For future travels there it will be my choice of accommodations.」

Sónyah's Cabin by Avantstay 熱水浴缸 + 露台 + 火坑 + 山景距市中心數分鐘

Townsend

「Cabin was lovely, clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The road to it is hairy with very steep curves. We found the beds to be hard but that's personal preference. The location is great, close to Townsend and Cades cove, very peaceful and charming.」

溪邊 2 臥室小木屋 by RedAwning

「This place was perfect for our trip. It’s located close to everything the area has to offer. We didn’t have more than a 45 minute drive to get to anything. The place is simple, in a good way. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The best part is the back deck over the mountain creek. It was very relaxing to sit out there and listen to the water. We spent most of our time at the cabin enjoying that. The hot tub on the deck was a nice bonus as well. The area is absolutely beautiful...

「We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 」

「House was very nice and clean. Look out for big pothole in very narrow road leading up to cabin.Thin 200count bedsheets,I always take my own sheets tho, thin trash liners that breaks when trying to pull trash so I just left it . Overall it was a very nice stay.Did not see any bears but I did find a big bear claw silhouette on my front windshield one morning. Everything worked well in the cabin, very relaxing and peaceful, would definitely book again. I loved the view of the mountains from my...

「While the grounds could use some sprucing up, it was a unique and pretty property from the outside. On the inside, specifically unit 8, is a different story. My main issue with this unit is there is no way it is level. Through the entrance of the door you can tell something is off. It's not apparent how bad it is until you get into the wreck of a bathroom. Pics included. The bathroom has an old soaking tub with no handrails or whatnot to assist with getting in and out. The shower curtain is held...

「Tressa was extremely hospitable! We enjoyed our stay and will look to stay again when needed. The only amenity that we are used to with hotels that we didn't have here is a hair dryer. We didn't think to ask in advance and didn't take one with us. But that's not a negative regarding our stay or the property. Great location as well.」

「They failed to mention that the fireplace is only seasonal and they only turn it on after October 1st. There are no chairs for the private fire pit the hot tub light did not work the hot tub was not usable until the second evening of our stay and the Wi-Fi was not working until the second morning of our stay. Working with Avant Stay's team to resolve the issue is extremely tedious.」

「Beautiful cabin. Very close to town yet secluded. No neighbors can be seen or heard from the cabin or its excellent second story deck. A short drive to Cades Cove, the best place to see bears in the continental United States. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. There was a local power outage at 5:30 am, having nothing to do with the property itself, I called the host, he immediately answered and then called the power company. One concern is that the steep gravel driveway offers...
