Neighborhood was mixed (very working class London), but we had zero issues and as a single female I felt safe walking around). "I had an excellent stay. The location is perfect, close to Sheppards Bush tube station. The neighborhood has a few main attractions (Hyde park, Kensington gardens and palace, Holland park, Design museum) and and a superb selection of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful option this hotel is. "
