"The hotel room was basic but clean - the only issue we had was that unfortunately, despite my booking stating we had breakfast included, the staff at the hotel kept saying that they could not see it on their booking. I don’t know what happened there and I am aware it’s not the fault of the staff, but it was disappointing. The hotel is well positioned, very well connected "

"Excellent location. Generally helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent ; plentiful with a good variety of nutritious food. The staff in the e breakfast room were especially attentive. Everything was very clean. Our room was on the 4 th floor with no lift and narrow stairs. We are both in our 70’s and no help was offered for our luggage. Because the water in the room was labeled “ non-potable”, it would have been nice to have a bottle of drinking water provided. "

Only thing to let it down was the service in bar area was very slow, we ask a number of staff but was ignored until someone eventually served us. During the meal the waiter asked if we would like more drinks and again it took so long that even he was shocked we hadn't had our drinks. "
