"Great location for where we needed to be and lovely hotel. Bed was a little hard so we didn’t have the best sleep during our 2 night stay. The room and hotel was very clean and well kept, most of the staff were friendly except the tall balding guy in the Gin bar, he was very unprofessional and rude, not only to us but to other guests. I would however still recommend this hotel ☺️"

"The hotel room was basic but clean - the only issue we had was that unfortunately, despite my booking stating we had breakfast included, the staff at the hotel kept saying that they could not see it on their booking. "Excellent location. Generally helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent ; plentiful with a good variety of nutritious food. The staff in the e breakfast room were especially attentive. Everything was very clean. Our room was on the 4 th floor with no lift and narrow stairs. We are both in our 70’s and no help was offered for our luggage. Because the water in the room was labeled “ non-potable”, it would have been nice to have a bottle of drinking water provided. "

"Stayed for a business conference. Hotel was lovely, clean and spacious. Rooms were prefect. Food was great. Only thing to let it down was the service in bar area was very slow, we ask a number of staff but was ignored until someone eventually served us. During the meal the waiter asked if we would like more drinks and again it took so long that even he was shocked we hadn't had our drinks. "

Seperate area cordoned off with help yourself food, cooked in the restaurant, and beer, wine and soft drinks. Lots of attentive staff as well.
