「各方面都好，尤其喜欢他的温泉！唯一不理想的是餐厅的饭做的不太好次，第一个晚上点了鱼和扇贝还可以，第二个晚上点了肋眼牛肉和扇贝，牛肉就是一块肉，但是肉还是很好吃的，只是没有一点菜，配的土豆泥里面全是奶酪，像牛皮糖一样拉不起来，扇贝味道还好但是牙碜，有沙子。第三晚逃去温泉那边吃自助，40刀一位，凑合。总之比我后来去的酒店饭差。但温泉绝对值得来！」

「We found that every aspect of this property exceeded anything we could have wanted. I turned 60 there and took my H.S. graduated daughter as a celebration. The staff were highly professional but not stuffy. All of then seemed genuinely happy to be there. The property surroundings were like Jurassic Park on steroids!! The landscaping , nature development were beyond my dreams! Food and service at the restaurant were excellent..and I used to wait tables a long time. The only thing Id recommend is...

「This property is located at the base of La Fortuna Volcano and is absolutely amazing. The hot Springs are an added bonus to the view. They also drain and clean the hot springs pools. Food is good and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again. 」

「酒店位置深入火山公园，有段路需要急后转弯，晚上没有灯，有点吓人，相比其他酒店确实远一些。 前台的美女姐姐非常贴心，给出了很多建议，她家有不少tour可选，方便出行。房间很大，古朴装饰，比较喜欢，就是卫生间洗澡没有地台，水会留出去是个缺陷。 早餐的面包和水果自助，正餐是点餐制有四种，均没有菜。晚餐的汤很赞。 泳池酒吧很好，温泉的，度假村感觉人比较少」

My only complaint was the internet was not very reliable when I was there, but they were clearing working on fixing it so I can't fault them for that. Would stay again!」

Joshua and Randel was very helpful. Their restaurant offers great breakfast and dinner menu. Food was delicious! You must join the night tour of their frog sanctuary. This place was a highlight of our trip!」
