「The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice」

「We booked this hotel as we had family getting married there. We knew the hotel must be nice with family getting married there but it was even nicer than expected. We booked family room. Room 325 we were allocated. This room was modern and spotlessly clean. The room was a perfect size and lots of storage space which was great as we had 2 suitcases with us. We had breakfast included. Food was lovely and staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will defintely be back thank you 」

「The only downfall was there was absolutely nowhere in the room to put clothes, there were drawers but they were glued shut, no hooks or hangers, and there was no hairdryer when we were told there should be. But great hotel, great location and great staff. My friend is coming back next week! 」
