"Came for a 2 night stay, the breakfast was excellent, the guest house was ideally situated between the town centre and the Pleasure Beach. The owners were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and decorated well, there were lots of extras in the bedroom. They had there own private car park at a reasonable charge."

"Very good value for money. Room was small but functional for a mini trip to blackpool and plenty of tea and coffee was provided. Also appreciated that a fan was provided as it was a very warm night. The owners were a lovely couple and offered to let us check in early so we could go off and enjoy our day. Hotel was also in a very good location, being a reasonable walking distance from both the pleasure beach and central pier. "

"From start to finish we really enjoyed our stay. Place is spotless and very very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were immaculate and a decent size. Lounge and bar area comfortable with board games for kids. Well stocked bar and the cocktails were lovely! Thank you Andy and Jo for a lovely stay. We will be back thats for sure! "

"One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in at Blackpool so far and I've stayed in a few over the years! The breakfast wasn't cooked but there was no waiting time, plenty of choice and easier for kids to navigate themselves. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself! "
