Excellent hotel, the manager was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely would stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who visits Blackpool. There is a car park which is handy and your right in the middle of both piers so handy to get to everything, as it doesnt take long to walk.

We arrived to be greeted by Andy. He was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good and the room was clean and fresh. With TV, coffee and tea facilities and free WiFi it was perfect for my stay. It wasn't expensive and I would stay again.

We had booked last minute and we got a good deal considering it was the air show and was going to be busy that weekend. When we arrived at the hotel it was newly built and very clean. The manager Dave was very helpful and friendly and always there if we needed help. I would recommend this place to everyone. My kids enjoyed it so much they want to go back there and stay again.

A chance conversation outside of a building turned into the discovery of a gem of a place. Newly refurbished and opened on the day I had that encounter with Dave, the manager. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Already looking forward to my next visit.

New place currently being refurbished so a couple of very minor teething issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Im not sure an alcohol free venue on the prom will appeal to many of Blackpools visitors though.

Cons. No bar at the moment or anything to do inside hotel. No lift and had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Very loud environment outside all night but to be expected on the seaside hotel. Pros. Polite and great guy very clean room and had smart TV. Window view was amazing as u can see the a view of the beach. Doors had great security and felt safe leaving my belongings there at ease. Would love to visit again when the bar is up and running because its very convenient place, next to beach and shops and food +++ the owner is a great guy and very helpful.
