"Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant for us as we attended a concert at Lytham so the train station was less than a minutes walk. The hotel is looking a little tired and rundown, however, it was clean and everything worked. Thanks also for the complimentary breakfast."

"The bedding was clean however the bathroom was dirty the shower gel was empty and there was some of the previous occupants hair on the shower walls and the shower room / toilet stinks of raw sewage!! The breakfast was ok for what it cost us! We won’t be back though the smell in the bathroom was repulsive!!"
