Nice location about 5 minutes from the Blackpool tower. Hotel was easy to find and in a quiet location. Nice bar and comfortable bed, but warm, although the hotel does offer a fan for a fee (£5 per night).

Reception staff were very helpful, and welcoming. The room was really high up, and room was stifling hot, we had brought a fan, but still too hot, so I didn’t sleep well . Breakfast was good and great value. There was nobody around at reception on the day we was leaving, but eventually got someone and was able to check out. Would recommend to stay again. Overall it was value for money.

The hotel was great value for money. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was great. Car park was ok but had to wait for another car to moved first. The rooms were good and clean, bed comfy. Hotel is a little noisy - either music in the pub, creaky floors, thin walls etc Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

What a lovely stay! Really friendly staff (felt very welcome), fantastic value for money, clean room and close to everything. Nice bar and cafe on site too! Breakfast pretty good & did the job - fast service and standard full English. Got early check in too! only issue was shower stopped working and wasn’t staying hot but I assume it’s because it was close to check out and lots of other people using bathroom at same time. Will definitely stay again for sure. Fab b&b. Cheers team :)

Clean room, twin was small but enough for 2 people. Could’ve done with a plug socket by the window side bed. Sadly did have very loud guest next door which went into 1am as them arguing. Breakfast in the morning couldn’t complain as was nice to have without venturing out. Wasn’t any parking available as all spaces taken outside the hotel. Host was great as we checked in very late and wasn’t a bother for him.
