Cheap and great location

Great at check in very friendly, owner came with us to the room to see we were happy with it. Only bad thing was the shower pressure water just trickled out, dropped something behind the bed and i wouldnt like to guess when it was last cleaned in behind it at the wall side.

Really enjoyed trip hotel was very quiet room n ensuite amazing........ Everything I needed rob n Sara were welcoming and very friendly rob really took time to change my wet towels, thoroughly enjoyed my stay most possibly stay again soon

Host nice accommodating , close to pleasure beach , bed was comfy but unfortunately room very poor condition, damp , no running water in bathroom other than trickle in right tap , not good with children , shame

Hey there! Just wanted to share my experience at the hotel we stayed at recently. From the moment we arrived, I felt right at home. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The exterior of the place looked very well-presented too. The only downside was the number of steps to reach our room, but once we got there, it was spacious, clean, and lovely. Despite the shower getting a bit too hot at times, the room was fantastic, especially considering the price of £21.38 per night. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel - friendly staff, great room, and overall a wonderful stay. Can't wait to go back!

Very nice place right at side of the sandcastle water park great location the owner Sarah and rob was amazing people very friendly and made u feel very well come and relaxed it’s a great place for the kids they really enjoyed it playing with pool table and football table and been able to watch YouTube on the Telly. I would recommend and it’s good for the price!! I will be back’ thank you

Great budget hotel

It was good, I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants a cheap stay. It was also definitely worth the money spent. The bed was comfy, the shower was quite bad because of lack of water pressure and they mentioned when we got into the room to be mindful of it as the hot water is extremely hot. But other than that, there was two arm chairs in the room I got and they were comfy and it was really decent as it’s basically right next to the pleasure beach, water park, south pier and it’s opposite a Wetherspoons. The owners also were very nice and welcoming as well as being friendly whenever we saw them. Definitely recommend it.

For £42 I wasn’t expecting much and it was okay for the price. The biggest issue was the carpet hadn’t been hoovered & not overly clean. I expected it to be dated. Owner not had it long & believe changes are on the way but could of been cleaner. The location was excellent, really close to the Pleasure Beach & other attractions.

Probably one best hotels to stayed at in Blackpool

Came to this hotel for my birthday with my partner and brother.on arrival i was met by the lovley owners who welcomed us all and who was very friendly and outgoing people who made the stay very enjoyable and Had lots of laughs with owners plus playing pool with us and they was both Very helpful if you had any issues during your stay here. Probably best place ive stayed at in Blackpool if im honest so we did stay here for extra night and im sure be returning at some point. Great location this place is near to beach shops and pleasure beach plus weatherspoons is like 1 min away so great to grab your breakfast and dinner and get your booze little more cost then normal weatherspoons but nice place.
