"This is the second time this year I have stayed at this hotel. On both occasions I have contacted the hotel prior to my stay to say that I am an amputee on crutches and I would appreciate a room where no steps were involved. On both occasions I was allocated a room with more than 6 stairs. Well it won't happen again as I have cancelled my future September booking"

"Booked a room for 3, was given one with beds for 2. Hotel blamed hotels.com while hotels.com blamed the hotel. So I spent 2 nights sleeping on the floor. Absolutely no effort was made by the hotel to assist at all. We had to request an extra pillow and quilt for using on the floor as the carpet wasn't clean enough. The bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet seat was broken. Lamp in room also didn't work. Incredibly disappointing start to our holiday. Will never return."
