"This is our first visit to Glenheath but it won't be our last! You never know what you might get with smaller seaside hotels (in fact, large ones can be terrible!). The Glenheath is a little oasis of loveliness! Diane and Graeme, the owners, are so warm, friendly and helpful. "The beach view was a beach view through very dirty windows. The entrance of the hotel was very dirty and smelly. The carpets throughout the whole building need a good clean or replacing. The bathroom rooms have mould in the tiles. We also had the pleasure of no running water to shower with flush the toilet etc. The man on reception was very pleasant and apologetic received a full refund. They website needs updating the current pictures showing must be from when it was first opened does not look like that now. "
