"My favorite stay in Japan! From being welcomed by the staff to all the amenities, this hotel had a lot to offer. To start, the hotel grounds were beautiful with koi pond, tea house, river views. You can rent a free yukata to walk around the hotel with. Breakfast and dinner was included and it was delicious, servers were very friendly. Our room had a private onsen overlooking Mount Fuji, it was an unforgettable experience. The room was very spacious as well. I would love to come back here again...

"We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles. Would definitely recommend as they went above...

"Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you...

"Booked a 3night stay and each day just wow us more. The ryokan was having some renovations during our stay and there wasn't any lake view. However, the roof top view of mount Fuji made up for it. Every meal is different and the presentation is very pretty. There is always a welcome snack whenever we came back to the ryokan.
