All is good. Clean rooms with good amount of space for two person. Would love to come back here and stay.

It is on the busy shopping area. If you like shopping, ithis is a good choice.

Great location with connection to canal city and many dinning options. While the property and room is a little dated, the bathroom is large.

The room is spotless and the comfort of having a washer dryer is great in the room. Convenient to many Department stores and restaurants in the area.

I really liked the hotel. It has been renovated recently and I loved my room and the hotel has a great look and feel to it. The terrace is amazing for dining and for enjoying the stunning views over the city. Reaching different areas and tourist spots using public transportation can take a long time but that’s a trade off for the great city views.

The hotel was in a great location, very near Hakata Station. The bathroom was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Online Check in/out easy. Good location, a out 10 minute walk to Hakata Station. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around.

Pros- clean room, quiet with excellent soundproofing, plenty of power outlets, 2 built in international adapters, good disposable slippers, enough space to open 2 luggages if staying in Queen room with sofabed for 3ppl. Comfortable and modern. Front desk helped with making dinner reservations. Cons- room a tad dark if you're trying to put on makeup using the big mirror at the entrance area if someone else is in the toilet, the entrance auto lights keeps switching off every 30 seconds or less as well. Washing machines needs a clean there's visible mould, clothes don't smell nice after wash & dry. There were 3 elevators but always a wait especially from 9pm-1am due to everyone heading to public bath. No in room bottled water you're to grab the jug from your room and head to level 2 to fill it up using the water dispenser. No shower caps.
