Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it.
Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door.

Very convenient location, one subway line to the Airport, Hakata Station and walking distance to Tenjin area. If you need to work during your stay, they have a confortable lounge where you can set up your laptop. The rooms are modern in design. They have many mulyi-lingual staff, very helpful.
The bar serves free beer for happy hour too.

Everything about the hotel is great. Ocean directly across the street. Close to 7-11 and Family Mart. Staff were friendly and efficient. English was good. Would definitely stay here again!
