Studio M has been my favorite place to stay for many years but in the past few years the hotel has changed a lot the building is not been well maintained is getting old the rooms are outdated the amenities are basic no water bottles in The room before the hotel give you 2 bottles of water every day but I think the worst part is the front desk staff costumer service in my opinion is horrible. I did the online check in 24 hours prior to my arrival I did scan my passport picture and everything required upon my arrival the following day around 7 pm I still had to be in a line for check in for 1 hour . There was only one person working because the second person at the front desk was more interested in eating potato chips than taking care of people . I feel was very rude and unprofessional to be eating at the front desk

Check-in staff and lounge staff were very friendly, helpful and great to chat with. Hotel is very nice. Room was fantastic, we got an upgrade too :)

The rating really deserves more than 3 but less than 4. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here! The staff was amazing, including the kindest maid ever. But the carpet in the rooms were worn and the property needs a reno. There is a 711 close by and the pools were great! If i could make a suggestion I would stay put a plug in the bathroom so that I can use my hair dryer and curling iron and rip out those old carpets.

Staff were really helpful! After checking out at 3am in the morning to catch my flight, due to maintenance at Changi Airport, the elevator and lift nearest to the hotel were shut down. Staff walked me and help me with my heavy luggage to the service lift so I could head towards the airport.
