"Pan Pacific was amazing from start to finish. The service was impeccable — quick, efficient and genuinely warm, with every member of staff going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The Singapore Slings were delicious, and the pool staff deserve a special mention for being attentive without ever being intrusive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Food throughout the hotel was tasty and very reasonably priced for the quality, and the location is excellent — it really speaks for itself. A wonderful stay and somewhere we would happily return to."

"Clean, comfortable, spacious room and friendly and helpful staffs. I was able to request food deliveries through deliveries although they dropped it off at the lobby. There's a free Sentosa tour."

"The room had everything that I needed. I asked at reception for an iron and was provided with one immediately. There was good wifi. I have no complaints and would happily stay here again."

"Breakfast was delicious with a mix of Asian and Western. Every day had something different. Room was clean and practical. Appreciated the coffee machine. Good old fashioned hospitality with snacks and supplies refreshed every day. Close to Public Transport. Only negative was cost to use laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. "
