室内はとても綺麗でした～ お風呂風呂自動、おいだきあり 入室の際、玄関扉を開けるのに理解しにくくて苦労しました。 誰かぎ出てきて取り敢えず入室してからゆっくり考えて検証しました～ ヨーク考えればわかるのですが早く入りたくて！！ 博多駅から15分ちょっと歩くのが苦にならなければ快適です。 タクシーも利用しました。 1000円ちょっと 混んでると1200円越えてました

Room was clean, one of the smaller rooms we have stayed in Japan, quite expensive for how basic and dated the room was. Great views over the city. Breakfast very basic with limited choices.

Amazing staff , super clean and spacious room

The room wasn't as clean as should be and the space for luggage was extremely limited. The area was great with delicious restaurants very close and good shopping within walking distance. The AC worked well to cool the room.

The building itself is old, so you can expect to see some rather old fashioned design. But, our room is clean. Daily housekeeping. We stayed for 8 days. For some reasons, everything in the refrigerator is free and replenished everyday. Sparking water, Asahi, still water, Coke, etc. Staff were very courteous. Hakata Canal City is connected right next to the hotel. Shops and restaurants were plentiful. The fitness is equipped with squat racks, dumbbells, and many machines and treadmills.

The hotel staff is super friendly and always willing to help.

Good location

The blanket is smelly and the beds are very small. The room is not possible to accommodate 8 adults and 4 kids as indicated ( only 2 queen sized beds and 4 small sized single beds). Besides, only one toilet and washroom was available. It took hours for us to take term bathing every night. Check in is very uneasy. The check-in ID was incorrect, and the operator can hardly communicate in English. Tissue ran out on the second day, but no refill was available. Don’t know how to dump the garbage, and no instruction. Our garbage bin was full for the whole time. We stayed fours nights with 6 adults and 4 kids. It was very crowded and uncomfortable. This room is extremely over-priced, given the space, zero facility and no refill or cleaning on everything. Disappointing!
