Most of the stuffs English were very good but one particular stuff her tone wasn’t too friendly, it sounded like I was bothering her and why I would ask her questions and I should know the answer."

You do have to go through immigration and security to use it, but in the morning it’s so straight forward to leave from because it’s right beside one of the security entrances. The room provides everything you need so we always book our check in bags right through and simple take a change of clothes in our backpacks."

The location was convenient and the hotel was beautiful, but we found a pacifier under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The pool hours were also inconvenient for guests sightseeing all day. Overall, the helpful staff made a positive impression, but the cleanliness and pool hours could be improved"
