Brilliant location and the room was ok in the main. Check in was very difficult, the room was very hot and worst of all, the mattress was really uncomfortable. We could feel almost all the springs. Not happy

It wasn’t for me!!!

It was self check in system but very confused!!!! The touch screen wasn’t easy to use and open the room key box was difficult to open. It took long time to check in. The room was very clean but if I have to do this check in process again I will pick other hotels!

Everything about this hotel was cute and the location is amazing. Downside was the check in process. I thought their google drive instructions were clear but when actually confirming all your guests on the screen, it doesn’t let us confirm but just go automatically to calling. I almost thought I did something wrong, but I guess it just prompts the next screen and they want you to verbally confirm you got the key. The calling part threw my friends off who were also checking in and caused some delays. Other than that, great location to everything in Kamakura.

無人でのチェックインということで、少々不安はありましたが、途中からスタッフの方と通話しながらの操作になるので、無事にチェックインできました。ハンドホープ、シャンプーはとても良い香りでした。お部屋も清潔で快適でした。ゆっくり、くつろげました。

掃除がされていなかった？

便利な立地とお洒落な内装で選んだホテルでした。 ベッドで掛け布団を開いたところ、使ったバンドエイドが入っていてゾっとしました。 なんとか気を取り直して、シャワーを浴び、暑かったので、冷房を付けたところ、今度はくしゃみが５分ほど止まらなくなってしまいました。普通はこんなことは起きないのですが・・・。 よく見渡すと部屋が汚くて、お掃除や布団交換をきちんとされていないのだと感じ、残念な滞在になりました。
布団に入っていた誰かが使った使用済みのバンドエイド　 布団だと白くてわからないので、棚に載せました
部屋の入口、鏡の横 黒いカビの生えたほこりが浮いている状態
