「Lady at the front desk was rude」

「Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. 「We had a great stay! Sheila and Miriam at the front desk were both friendly and helpful. Damario helped us at breakfast with checking allergens on the foods served. He was patient and so helpful. The pool was great and we loved the breakfast. Highly recommend!」

「We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!」

「Nice service and nice breakfast. 」

「Our overall experience was good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot foods, and other selections were limited. Had to ask for more washcloths and hand towels every day. Asked twice for the shower gel to be refilled. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay at a Spark again.」

「Nice hotel surrounded by numerous food options. Close to colonial town and great for a stop off.」

「Change of ownership has made for positive changes. Beds and linens were really nice and it was cleaner than past trips. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the college.」

「All was excellent. Thanks」

「The facility and grounds are very nice. In our room the bathroom was in sad shape with wallpaper peeling, rusted door hinges, etc. Breakfast, bluntly, was the worst in over three weeks of travel. Egg was a flat slab barely able to cut with a knife. Sausages were so full of grease that I dried them with a paper napkin before eating. Bagels had to be toasted because they were soggy.」
