「Excellent stay and breakfast」

「Rooms are a good size (we had the king size bed room). The few good things about the room: the bathroom is spacious, the kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking supplies, there is a laundry available per unit, and both the location and price are decent. The location is convenient to major sites like Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Jamestown. The bad things - the bed is uncomfortable and the couch is ancient and flat when sat on. 「Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. 」

「The grounds behind the unit had lots of trash thrown out there. House cleaning could do much better. Lots of dust on lamp shades and balcony had not been wiped down or swept in a long time. I did that myself,as the cob webs wete ridiculous. This will not kerp me from coming back,but needs to be addressed and units checked out more often for what they clean.」
