"This was our second visit to this particular Hampton Inn and both times it was excellent. This time Vicki in the breakfast room really went above board for us one morning when we overslept and had to meet movers at 8:00am. I went to the breakfast area to grab something we could eat/warmup once we got to the house. Vicki asked if she could help and proceeded to wrap two plates of eggs, sausage oatmeal, and pastries, added bottled waters and sent us on our way just in time We REALLY appreciated her help We'll recommend this Hampton Inn to everyone coming to visit family for sure. Thank you for such great service."

"My family and I had a blast for our daughter’s birthday. We had an extra guest making it 9 instead of the max 8 and they accommodated us. The room was amazing and that bed felt great. The kids enjoyed it so much. Love that even after check out you can still stay and enjoy the whole day. Lounge and rest. They don’t throw you out of the resort. We got to still play the games and enjoy the water park which was great because the kids came home tired"

"This property is a large space . It’s not in town but easy to reach Williamsburg downtown and colonial Williamsburg. The semi countryside atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The apartments are spacious nicely furnished and equipped. Great for extended family."

"Staff was great, room well appointed and spacious, breakfast was excellent but handicapped room was WAY far away and had a bathtub. Made for a very long and uncomfortable walk, lots of rest breaks. And shower bars weren't at any helpful height. "
