"I can look last an outdated building. However the stairwell had a strong urine smell. The pool is advertised as indoor but when we arrived it was closed due to being a seasonal pool. The person that checked us in barely spoke a word to us. The jet tub in the room didnt work, the AC barely worked and leaked all over the carpet. The breakfast consisted of sticky muffins, cereal bars, juice and coffee from a dirty coffee machine. I recommend finding a different hotel. Its not worth the headache."

"Las instalaciones estaban muy bonitas, mejor que mi visita anterior, ls limpieza es deprimente, refrigerador grasoso, alfombra sucia, olia muy bien cuando entre y eso me gustó pero casi para la hora de salida revise debajo de la cama para asegurarme que no se me quedara nada y encontre una jeringa usada y edo me asusto mucho y debajo del sofa de la sala encontre el juguete de una mascota., me decepcionó que en la imagen se veia una cocina con orno cuando hice la reservacion y no era asi."

"The kids enjoyed themselves because all they see is fun and the pool. When I checked in and went to the room my bed had a bed bug crawling on it. The maintenance man came because he was coming because the Tv remote didn’t work and seen it and said yes call the front desk. I called and the lady was nasty saying we don’t have anymore rooms so I asked for a refund and she said that my manger is not here so I can’t give you a refund. Then when the maintenance man got in the phone she told him to come get a key for another room. The sink water is hotter than the shower which the hot water in shower only last for 10mins so only one person can get a good shower. The metal piece on the shower knob fell off. It was just a mess for me and I am not use to that when I go on trips. Also the lack of parking. I could not park where we were staying had to park at the main office building and walk down to were we were staying."

"The property grounds as well as the suite were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very responsive! The onsite activities are well maintained!"

"Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some sprucing up. The water park is nice but should be renovated to keep it modern and appealing to the eye. Overall the kids enjoyed the stay."

"The Staff are excellent, from the front desk to the cooking staff for morning meals, to the ladies that clean the rooms, top notch!!! I have had to stay a little longer than expected, an extra week to be specific. And everyone that works here are very, very nice and understanding with all questions. "
